All cancellations for any reservation must be made either by calling and speaking with a reservationist at 304-872-5975 during normal business hours or by clicking the cancellation link in your reservation email.  Email and voicemail cancellations are not accepted.   

No refunds or credits are available for any site deposits for cancellations involving Holidays or other designated
Special Event weekends.

• Greater than 31 days notice must be given to receive a refund (less a $25 cancellation fee for camping or $50 cancellation fee for cabins).
• Less than 31 days but greater than 14 days notice must be given to get a credit (less
  a $25 cancellation fee for camping or $50 cancellation fee for cabins).
• No refunds or credits with less than 14 days notice.
• Credits must be used within one year of the date on which they are issued.
• No refunds/credits are given for early departures or “no-shows”.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for weather, illness, work schedules, or other
situations outside of our control and therefore, enforce our cancellation policy regardless of
circumstances. For these reasons we strongly recommend securing your own travelers insurance and/or purchasing the Weather Guarantee offered while booking.
